    Hi.
All members posts are now awaiting to be authorised after I upgraded to latest version yesterday.

Previously they could post and it would immediately be published.

I cannot see anywhere in settings where to correct this.

    HELP!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @babrees,
In 1.6.0 we’ve added an option to keep unapproved all posts of new registered users. new registered user status is based on minimum number of posts. It’s set 5 by default. So you can manage both. Either decrease the “new” level or disable the “Posts must be manually approved for new users” option. These options are located in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Tools > Antispam Tab:

Thank you for your speedy reply!!

The effected members were all well established with a very large number of posts having been made

The number of posts was set to 0, however the ‘Posts must be manually approved’ was set to yes!!

I have now changed the manually approved to no and hope that works!

Please don’t set 0 the number of posts. Keep it 1 to make sure the “No” value of “manually approval” is working. If all works fine, then change it to “0”.

Thanks. I didn’t set it to 0, it was already at 0, but I have now changed it to 1

So, do we set it to NO or YES to let regular long time users post without Moderation? We had it set to NO and folks are getting flagged for APPROVAL.

We’ve tried Yes and NO as far as moderation goes and everything else, comments are still being held for moderation this morning..Now what?

    Hi @plcombs1
Could you please open a separate topic at wpForo Community? With the topic please provide there screenshot of these admin pages:

    Settings > Emails Tab
    Tools > Antispam Tab
Tools > Debug > Tables Tab
Tools > Debug > Errors & Issues Tab

Also please add information about what usergroup have those users and what is the permission configuration of that forum. Then navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Forum Accesses admin page edit that Access and provide a screenshot.

It wasn’t working and now it is and we haven’t changed anything. So we’ll call it a day for now. If it reoccurs, we’ll post the shots as requested.

Folks still can’t upload images from certain browsers.
