# Members Plugin Problem

 * Dear WordPress Support Team,
 * I have a problem with “Members” Plugin that doesn’t work as it supposes to on
   the plugin website.
    I tried the old version and the updated version of the plugin,
   however both having problems with.
 * The Members plugin details are:
 * Plugin website:

 * Members List
    New version: Version 3.6.3 | By Matthew Praetzel The new version“
   3.6.3”, it requires WordPress 2.7+ “>>> Problems are: 1- doesn’t accept , <p>
   and <div> tags on the description. 2- when you click on the Member’s photo gives
   the following message: “Author Archives: Not Found Apologies, but no results 
   were found for the requested archive. Perhaps searching will help find a related
   post. Search for: Egyptian Chefs Association is proudly powered by WordPress 
   Entries (RSS) and Comments (RSS). 3- doesn’t browse to next page. keeps on the
   first page of the members list.”

   2- when you click on the Member’s photo, the page doesn’t change. 3- all lines(
   name, email and description line) are hyperlink to the same page of members list.
   while it suppose to go the member’s itself description only with a larger image
   size. “

 * Kindly could assist me to solve this problem and advise me if this plugin should
   work with the WordPress version that I’m using?

 * These are filtered out by WordPress. Not the plugin.
 * 2- when you click on the Member’s photo, the page doesn’t change.
 * It sounds like your theme does not have an author’s page set up the way you like.
   This is not a function of the plugin but your theme. The plugin does not take
   care of author’s pages.
 * 3- all lines (name, email and description line) are hyperlink to the same page
   of members list.
 * It sounds like your mark-up is broken. Can you provide a link to your site?
