    One approach would be to use relevanssi_hits_filter() – this filter lets you access the search results. You’ll get an array of search results, and based on which search you’re in, you can remove the unwanted posts from the results.

    As for letting the filter know which search you’re in, you can add a hidden input field to one of the searches, or maybe there’s already a suitable clue in $wp_query->query_vars to let you know which search it is.
