Members’ Messages

This plugin is really the dogs bollox when it comes to membership plugins – so easy to set up, a minimal learning curve, and easy customisation – with one exception – the members’ messages if they try using a previously used username, subscription success, subscription failed etc.

I’m running a really dark coloured website that I wanted to add this plugin on, and I’m having trouble engineering the CSS of the above message types.

I got around all the other CSS issues by swapping the stylesheet to ‘twentythirteen’ theme, but the backgound color of the individual members’ ‘error’ messages leaves a lot to be desired.

I’ve tried using Chrome tools to change the CSS but no joy I’m afraid – is there a little workaround to change the background color of the members’ messages?
