There are plugins like Members Only and User Access Manager.
What a user sees in admin depends on their role. You can also use a plugin like WP Hide dashboard or a login redirect plugin to keep people out of the admin if that is what you are trying to do.

Yeah for the admin part I want moderators to update one page.
You could check out the ones that I mentioned or just search the plugins directory and find the one that seems best for you.

I am designing my own web template and it has its own login box am i able to add it? As i want it to be simple as possible. and in my side bar there will be user login and pasword.
Also is there a way that i could have moderators for each page they can change the page if it needs updateing i dont want them to be with every page.
