Members List not showing on dashboard

I posted the following a week ago in the plugin forum, but have gotten no response. Just thought maybe posting it here might get me some help since the Author is apparently not monitoring the forum. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I cannot get Members List to show up on the Dashboard so that I can configure it or create lists. The plugin is installed and partially works. I’ve set the shortcode on a page and I get listings for members. However, I can’t do anything with it because it doesn’t show on the Dashboard.

Here is what I’ve tried – none of which worked:

deactivated, deleted, reinstalled and activated it
deactivated all plugins
changed to WordPress theme
migrated the site to a different server
Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
