I have two members, who live in Australia, who subscribe to my membership blog site and are unable to login. They have been able to login previously and yet over this past week they have been unable to login. This is the error message that is coming up:
503: Service Temporarily Unavailable
Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!
Please contact Support if you need assistance.
Interestingly enough members of my membership blog site who live in the US are not having any problems at all.
Any insight and solutions on how to solve this problem are welcomed. THANK YOU !
