 * Hi, I created at test user on my site and this says that there are 0 users. I
   placed this Members Directory shortcode:

 * Did you create it by using the WP admin? If so.. please go to Sync tab and click“
   Start Sync Now” Button.
 * If you have used this form [http://www.2geniusworld.com/sign-up/](http://www.2geniusworld.com/sign-up/)
   then please click on the Users Ultra Dashboard and check if the user is either
   Pending Activation or Pending Moderation.

 * Yes it is resolved as well. I just updated the CSS. I looks so MUCH
    better now!

 * I’m glad to hear the everything has been resolved now. Thank you very much for
   updating the review. We know that Users Ultra is not perfect :). For that reason
   we try to fix this kind of issues as fast as we can. Usually, within hours or
   minutes.
 * There thousands of WP themes and it’s really hard to make a plugin compatible
   with all of them. :). So.. trying to fix the issues ASAP is all what we can do.
