Members Dashboard, two times login and sign out issue

    Hi..
    Thanks for the wonderful plugin.

    I have use [lifterlms_my_account] this code on one landing page.
    I send login ID and password to my students through email.

    Here are the issues I am facing…
    No.1
    After putting email address and passwords it redirects to the same page and asks to put email address and password again.
    After putting email address and password twice or thrice it takes the student to his dashboard.

    No.2
    After clicking My Dashboard button on any page thereafter, it takes back to login page again and asks to put email address and password again. It means after clicking My Dashboard button on membership/course/lesson page actually log out function takes place.

    No.3
    After clicking Log Out button. Actually Log Out doesn’t take place. Because if click back arrow on the browser it again takes to the membership/course/lesson area (Where we were before)

    Please help me…
