Members Dashboard not working

I’ve generated a staff-role and assigned access accordingly. But when I try to login, it logs into the Woocommerce “My account” and not the WordPress dashboard? What my clients need is a “staff: access to the dashboard where they’re only allowed to access and update woocommerce orders. Any help please very much appreciated.
