Members creating sub-members

Hi,
I am trying to find out if there are any plugins that can do what I need to accomplish.
Lets say I create a role “Organizations”. Upon registration of a organization to my site, I want to enable them to add and/or invite members to their portal in my site where that organization can allow/assign access to certain areas by placing a check mark.
Is there a plugin as such?
Any help or direction will greatly be appreciated.
