    Hello,

I'm creating a website which will have a members area. I want to make the members menu pages hidden from guest users. So when someone logs into the website they will see it. Also how would I make these pages appear in the side bar? The member area needs to be secure and will also involve a forum.

    [No bumping, thank you.]

How's your php? You can use current_user_can() to check someonene's role level, or is_user_logged_in() to see if they're (you guessed it) logged in.

I also used the user access manager plugin on a production site to restrict access to certain post types and had nice success with it.

Okay I don't have much knowledge with PHP. But thanks anyway.

Check out the plugin I suggested, it's pretty solid.

I have tried using the user access manager plugin but it does hide the pages.
