# Member Specific Forms?

 * Hi,
    I’m working on a WordPress site which is centred around the members. I want
   to create a form which also tells me which member sent off the form. Does anyone
   know a plugin that will do this or any other solutions?
 * In case I wasn’t very clear on what I want, I would like a form where, when the
   user clicks on the submit button, the data entered in the form is sent as well
   as the name of the user who submitted the form.
