Please see [ redundant link removed ] – the members menu item wants to go to /community/members/ – but won’t load. If I remove the word community from the url ( /members/ it loads just fine.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

UPDATE: I Changed the custom link in the WPForo Navigation menu to the members page, however it is not loading like the rest of the form pages. The WPForo menu itself is missing on this page?

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi @abu117,
Firs you should decide what member page you want to use. You’ve installed BuddyPress and the members page of BuddyPress also has /members/ path. Currenlty your mamber page is not wpForo page, it’s the BuddyPress members page so you don’t see wpForo menu.

If you want to use wpForo members page you should change either wpForo members page slug/path or BuddyPress members page slug/path. wpForo Members page slug/path can be changed in Dashboard > Forums > Settings > General tab, just change it to something like “members-list” or “users”:

Then edit the wpForo Menu navigation and revert the correct menu link-shortcode: /%wpforo-members%/ as it’s described in the doc: https://wpforo.com/docs/root/getting-started/forum-menu/

I have done as suggested. Please see https://www.abeybaby.ca – you will see I created a new menu item called “Test” and edited the Dashboard > Forum > Settings > General page slug to read “Users”.

When I go to the site, and click the “Test” menu item, it tried to go to https://www.abeybaby.ca/community/users/ but the page will not load.

I think the “users” slug is also used from other plugins or there are some page or post in trashed. In any case I’d recommend change it to something more unique, for example to “forum-members”, then delete all caches, disable other plugins (you can keep the BuddyPress) and test it again.

I’ve done as you suggested again. I changed the slug to be forum-members, cleared all caches, disabled all plugins. All pages are working except the one using the slug, currently trying to go to https://abeybaby.ca/community/forum-members/

    Hi @abu117,
You have some site specific conflict. I’d recommend register and open new support topic in wpForo Community for deeper support: https://wpforo.com/community/
