member of multiple leagues

I have a question about leagues. Is it somehow possible to add a player to multiple leagues?
I want to set up a pool in which both paying and non-paying players can participate. The paying users have a chance of winning some of the contents of the pot. The non-paying do not.

Next to this I would like to offer players of football club in my region to join the pool and that they can have their own subleague. Let me clarify it:

There are 5 clubs in my region:
club A, B, C, D and E

Each clubs has a couple of members who would like to participate in the pool. Each individual can choose whether he wants to pay or not and next to that he should be able to join a sub league. So player 1 can be a paying participant of league club A; Player 2 can be a non-paying participant of league club D etc.

Is this possible? That would be nice. If not I am considering to make everyone paying players, but then the threshold might be higher to participate.
