    Hi,

    I have built my courses with student login etc.

    My clients are business owners and their employees will be completing the courses.

    I would like my clients to be able to log in and add students as well as see their progress. They would only be able to view the students that are their employees.

    At a minimum, I would like my clients to be able to log in and fill out a form with their employee’s details e.g. name, email address etc. We can then create login details and send to the employee.

    Can you suggest a solution for this and is this possible in LifterLMS?

    Hi @dantheman1981,

    What you’re essentially looking for is groups or cohorts (with a client as a group manager and their employees as group members). Although we’re working in the background on this, it’s not a feature that’s available in LifterLMS right now.

    So, as of now, there isn’t a way for your clients to only view their students or their progress separately.

    Something like this can still be implemented using LifterLMS’s APIs through custom code by a WordPress developer (https://lifterlms.com/experts/).

    Although group/bulk registration isn’t possible right now, as a workaround, you could use any form plugin to create such a form or better still, ask your clients to provide a CSV with user details and use a CSV user importer (See: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-easily-import-and-export-wordpress-users/) and register them at one go.
