That Ι create ex. Company, Country
This is the Member page that UM create https://imgur.com/8KO1sed as you can see in that image there is the Country and the Company.
In wp-admin https://imgur.com/OMIgXUk you cannot see that fields.

Have you tried hovering on the user in the WP Admin > Users ?
It will show the “View info” when you hover your mouse on it:

On View info page there is nowhere the Country and Company.
