  • I have a new issue; checking a member’s payments in PayPal, I observed he is being charged twice in a month, the 9th and 23th days of the month…the charge in day 23 is correct, but the charge in day 9 is not…any ideas? my plans are month-based, not day-based, so two charges in a month don’t make sense…right?

    Is it happening with all your members or just the one? It does seem strange for that to be happening.

    This is a little bit of a trickier one to debug without taking a closer look. Perhaps you could post on Paid Membership Pro’s members support forum for one of the support engineers to take a closer look for you?

    There was a recent query in the members support threads earlier where a user was also reporting being billed twice.

    Basically it was being caused because they set up an initial amount of $X and a recurring payment of the same amount with a trial period in between.

    So the user was being billed at the initial payment and then again upon the recurring payment in the same month.

    Do you perhaps have a similar set up that could be causing a billing going off twice in the month?
