    Hello!

I just tried to do a Megamenu with ElementsKit as your tutorial, but I can not see the dropdown megamenu when I save after to edit. I made it as on the video but I only can see the megamenu on hover when I’m editing the header on ElementorKit, but not in the front.

Any tip to know where’s the problem and how to fix it? Thank you in advanced for your help!

    Hello @daniluqas ,
Thanks for reaching out to us!

I can understand the issue you are having with. If the Megamenu is configured according to the Documentation on Megamenu Builder(Link to the Documentation section is available on the USEFUL LINKS section of the Plugin Details page), then it should appear properly on the Frontend. After updating and Closing the Megamenu Editor, did you have saved the Menu again? If you have done that already, then it is recommended to check by clearing the caches properly from the site and browser as well.

If the problem persists even after that, then kindly make a video mentioning what you’ve done to build the Megamenu so that I can check if everything is configured properly or not and help you further to resolve the issue.

    Looking forward to your response!

    Best Regards,

    Hello!

Thank you for your quick reply. Please find attached below the video where you can check how I set up the Megamenu and the problem I have. I only can see the Megamenu when I’m editting on header/footer but not when I update the website. For sure I delete all the cache with WP Rocket plugin but still not working. So I just follow all the steps from the video on documentation page but nothing to do 🙁

    Thank you in advanced!

    Hello @daniluqas

I have checked the video properly and from there, everything seems to be well configured. Since it is still not working, there must be something else that is preventing it to work properly.

Sometimes due to the Object cache, you may not see the changes immediately. Can you please make sure that Object Cache is not enabled on the server? If you are using any plugin that can enable the Object cache also, try disabling that plugin too.

If object cache is not involved anywhere on your site or server, kindly share the System Info of your site so that we can try to recreate the same scenario and let you know an update ASAP!

I appreciate your continued patience in this matter!

    Best Regards,
