Mega menu will not save

Hello,

I am attempting to build a mega menu, and everything is working great, up until I need to save the work I’ve done. When I click the save button, it will spin forever without actually saving the module.

Hi,
Editor loading issue occurs for “WP_MEMORY_LIMIT”. Please increase it, your problem will be solved.

Please check “Master Addons>System Info” menu for requirements.

Hi Liton,

Thank you for your response. I have increased the memory limit, but the issue is still occurring. Everything is working as intended, I can access the editor and build the Mega Menu, but I cannot save my mega menu or any mega menu settings.

Hello @mlarcombizier,
We’ve used REST API for saving data. Can you please ensure me if REST API is disabled by any other plugin?
Also, can you please send me screenshot of Browser Console if there’s any error on javascript?

Hi Liton,

As far as I am aware, REST API is not disabled. I am seeing a 500 error in the console that is related to the Master Ad Ons plugin.
