Mega menu panel submenu items collapsing

    Hi

    I have an issue with the submenu on Safari on the iphone whereby the menu items don’t stay open and randomly collapse down (doesn’t happen on Chrome). This happens only on one page so I think it may be a javascipt or a css issue since the menu on this page extends full width.

    Please can you let me know which page it isn’t working on? Can you also clear your phone browser cache?

    Hi Tom,

    The link above is the page where this issue is occurring. I have cleared my cache but the items still don’t appear on that one page.

    Here are a couple of screenshots which explain what I am experiencing

    Only the headings appear on the iphone – the submenu

    Hi momofone,

    I’m not sure what to suggest sorry, I’ve checked on iPhone 5 & 6 (using Browser Stack – I don’t have an iPhone) and it’s working OK there.

    The one odd thing is the way your mobile menu works, it seems to be a menu within a menu. I’m not sure how you could do it, but I would start debugging by somehow disabling the “menu in a menu” functionality and seeing if it starts working. Your theme developer should be able to help you with that.
