Meeting status not getting updated

    I have installed the plugin and able to create meeting from WP.
    Thanks to the team who buid it.
    However I am facing an issue,
    I used the short code format [zoom_api_link meeting_id=”123456789″ link_only=”no”] to display the meeting information on a page. The problem i’m facing is even after starting the meeting, meeting status doesn’t change . I did multiple page refresh still the status shows as ‘Waiting – Not started’.
    Also, I noticed that after logging into meeting after 5-10 minutes, the status updates to Meeting in Progress.
    I’m wondering why there’s a delay in status update.

    Hi @karthikrkrishnan ,

    The shortcode retrieves the meeting status from Zoom so it depends when the response comes from usually – the status of meeting is shown soon after meeting has been started.

    The other reason also could be if you have aggressive page caching on your site.
