See attached screenshot – you are correct, this data is not in Visual Bakery:
https://ibb.co/TkfhrKf
It’s in a template called ‘templatespage-staff’
Hopefully it is in your child theme here:
/wp-content/themes/studio-pro-child/
but it could be in the parent theme here:
/wp-content/themes/studio-pro/
Also – I would check your backend to see if this data is being rendered from a plugin like Advanced Custom Fields or something.
If you aren’t already using a child theme, create one:

Hey there.
Could you please confirm what you mean when you say nothing renders when you go to edit the page? Do you mean nothing renders inside the editor, i.e. the avatars and details don’t render, or that nothing renders on the page at all, i.e. the entire page is broken?
If nothing renders in the editor, it sounds like the avatars/details information is stored somewhere else outside the page editor. For example, a custom post type or plugin. From looking at the markup on the page, it looks like there’s potentially a custom page template set up for the staff page. I’d recommend taking a look at the code for this template, which should give you a better idea of where this content is coming from.
You may also get better answers from the WP Bakery plugin support, although I know you mentioned this page doesn’t use the plugin: http://support.wpbakery.com/
It looks like you’re also using a commercial theme, could this page be generated by the theme rather than the plugin you mentioned? Again, you may get better support from the theme author if this is the case.
Sorry I wasn’t able to give you any specific advice, but hopefully this gives you some ideas for where to look.
Sorry for the double answer! @corrinarusso’s answer is great advice.
Hi @mikachan !
Yes …… I sort of had to sort through the rendering part as well. Lol. 🙂
I’m assuming it just means when you go to Edit the page in VB, the Team sections aren’t there. I’ve never used VB, but presumably some sort of VB class is assigned to every row/container/element that uses VB – so that was the clue when it wasn’t there.
