Meet problem when adding new theme in localhost

    Hi,

    I installed wordpress in my macbook and it runs fine with xampp. But when i try to install a new theme the system reply me “Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2013/04. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”

    the theme is uploaded from my computer. i try to add up a upload file under wp-content file but still not solve the problem. Could you advise me how to solve this problem? Thanks a lot 😉
