  • Overall this looks like it will work. But after a month or two we are learning that their support is sub par. They don’t return emails or phone calls to paying customers, and the WP support thread is often ignored.

    We have problems with the plugin outputting errors in the code causing a site to not run well, and they don’t support HTTPS / SSL. Google rewards sites with higher SEO rank for secure sites. This plugin can’t run under the HTTPS secure URLs and will fail your users.

    Hello Matt,

    I checked for emails from a “Matt Adams” as well as for any emails containing the domain name “trellisaz” and was not able to locate any emails from you expressing the issues you say you are experiencing. The only notifications from you are on WP on the dsIDXpress page which was resolved when you disabled HTTPS.

    Yes, unfortunately at this time we do not support HTTPS / SSL. However, as I stated previously we do have plans to change this down the road.

    Since you did not specify what errors you are experiencing and there are no emails to our Support Queue from you I can’t address whatever issues you are experiencing. However, I can say that in the majority of these cases it has to do with another plugin conflicting or there is a problem with the theme itself.
