Media Uploading: uploaded files has wrong permission

    I’m running my WP on my personal desktop with windows8 and IIS 6.2

    When I upload media files on my site, its like they have wrong permission.

    They aren’t showing properly both from web and even my own pc (browsing files locally via file explorer)

    web browser shows file link is broken and When i click the file from pc it says i need admin permission.

    weird. any idea?
