Media Upload Problem

    I am running a wordpress site http://www.bataneswakay.com

    I’ve developed it on localhost, so some media contents are done locally,
    I am having a problem uploading images to the online site itself,
    I get HTTP error, my uploads are uploaded but it didnt generate the necessary thumbnail/sizes for the image. thats when the error image data doesnt exists, because the media uploader failed to create the ###x### sizes for the image.

    all images I uploaded from my local copy was fine because it has generated thumbs, problem exists when I do that online.

    ok I filter where the problem is

    I got 2 servers online both cpanel,
    On the higher specs one its works fine,
    but with lower specs there goes the media problem..

    I cant pinpoint what causing the problem so idk what im going to say to my server admin
