Media Upload not working in posts

    Hi,

    I am having an issue where I am unable to add media while in a post. Clicking the “Add Media” button opens the Media manager but on the “Upload Files” tab clicking the “Select files” button does nothing. Also looking at the page i can see the “Drop files anywhere to upload” is missing and dropping a file on the page just opens that image in the browser.

    I have tried clearing the cache, we have also tried on different PCs (Win10 and Win7) The main browser we are using is Chrome (latest version) but have also tried in Firefox.

    Using the media manager it is possible to still add images even dragging onto the page.

    Plugins install and active are

      New User Approve
      Page Restrict
