Media Upload garbling file name..

    I have a user having issues uploading files. I thought she was just messing it up some how because that’s usually the level of competency that I’m dealing with but after doing a few test uploads this is what I found.

    The filename, New-AP-5800-Prevention-of-Identity-Theft-in-Student-Fin‌ancial-Transactions-11-25-152

    is being garbgled somehow upon upload to New-AP-5800-Prevention-of-Identity-Theft-in-Student-Fin‌ancial-Transactions-11-25-1521 in the actual file system. The link itself so far as WordPress is concerned is showing what the filename should be and so the resulting link in the media manager throws a 404 file not found.

    Any ideas what might be going on?
