Media Replace not working with Google Cloud Storage

    EMR currently doesn’t work together with Google Cloud Storage, for instance when using the wp-stateless plugin which offloads files to a Google storage bucket. When trying to replace a file EMR errors out with:

    `2020/11/06 15:30:38 [error] 8158#8158: *25627125 FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Warning: filesize(): stat failed for <local-directory>/filename.pdf in /wp-content/plugins/enable-media-replace/classes/file.php on line 71”

    Is this a scenario that could be supported?

    Hi @litemotiv,

    As you know, EMR does not support external storage, but we are working on bringing support for this. Unfortunately we don’t have an ETA 🙁
