 * I updated to wordpress 3.9.2 and I am able to upload image sucessfully but I 
   am not able to insert image in the post/ not even able to set featured image 
   what should I do

 * there’s no error message, Nothing happens. Nor the image is added in the post
   nor the featured image is set.
