Media option missing on frontend, Disable lightbox

Hello I have two questions,
1) it’s possible to completly disable lightbox feature from this plugin ?

Second questions is:
Option in media work fine but only on backend editor.
But Im using frontend form using ACF, and if I click Add media, then media options from this plugin dosnt show, there is any minimum capabilities for user, who can use it?
Or maybe any custom hook to include it on frontend ?
