# Media Numbers Wrong

 * I installed/uninstalled some themes yesterday, testing things to see what would
   work for my project. At some point I installed the theme Video and it had a bunch
   of dummy media files… now that I’ve uninstalled it and gone a different route
   theme wise, all my media numbers show that I have hundreds of images and I would
   like those number to correctly reflect the amount of media files I have uploaded(
   7).
 * I’m not positive the Video theme screwed this up but I did go onto my server 
   and delete some files that theme had installed under a folder called dummy. The
   numbers still reflect the wrong amount of media.
 * How can I force WordPress to look and see how many media files I actually have.
   It’s like it needs to run something and check to see the other files are gone.
