Hi, media does not play, when clicked, the page goes black for a split second with a loading wheel in center, then it reverts back to the page. If right clicked and opened in new page it plays but isn’t displayed properly – just the black n white play controls.

Any ideas? It seems like a clash of javasript not loading…

Sorry to hear the inconvenience you are facing at your end.

Can you please confirm if you are facing the same issue with the WordPress default theme with only BuddyPress and rtMedia enabled? You can also go through this troubleshooting guide as well – https://rtmedia.io/docs/troubleshooting/basic-diagnosis-guide/

Also, if possible please share the issue visual.
