Media manager freezing?

Pretty much, when i go to upload a picture, here is what happens., i upload the image, choose to insert into post, then it waits about 5 seconds, and i get this:

NOTHING.

the image definitely uploads, but it will not be inserted into the post, and it just shows the blank screen.

i’ve tried every suggestion in the media manager topic, and nothing has worked.
