Do you mean the Selec image button? We’ve tested this in 4.0 and everything works fine.
Do you see any issues with any of your widgets or widgets page itself? I can imagine that if you have a JS error on widgets page the Select image button would not open Media library. Can you check that using ay of the developers tools?
I tried it with firebug, saw only a whole bunch of warnings regarding the css, but no errors of any kind.
I now tested the image and text widget in the footer and there it works, so my guess is it is a siteorigin page builder thing -so it is safe to assume it is not a problem with your widget- I am only wondering what causes it/how to fix it since all other image widgets open the media browser just fine from page builder and it worked before in page builder.
My guess is something JS related must have changed in the page builder plugin. But we’ll be doing some plugin upgrades next week, so if we have some time I’ll try to look at ITW too.
