Media-Library Videos always autoplay (resp. empty)

    Hi,
    thanks for the nice plugin.
    One issue I can´t resolve. I don´t want videos to start automatically. The embedded videos from the media-library always autoplay and the autoplay option in the <video>-Tag always is empty:
    <video autoplay="" contr...
    , regardless which setting I choose in the Shortcode-Generator (Autoplay: yes/no). What might be the reason?

    ..forgot, the iframe looks like this:
    <iframe class="arve-inner" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="" mozallowfullscreen="" webkitallowfullscreen="" scrolling="no" src="http://...ing.mp4?ap=0&autoplay=0&autoStart=false&player_autoStart=false">
    Nevertheless, all videos start playing automatically..

    There is no way to stop it with I frame. Propper support for self hosted videos is coming on the future. Iframe is just a bad workaround.

    Also next time read this. There are enough links around.
