    I had a problem with your plugin.
    Media Library showed the Media Library mostly empty. Only the 1 or 2 lasts images.
    I tried with 2 admin account.

    The first one didn’t have this problem. The 2nd one had the problem.
    I tried to debug and no error in WordPress or theme.
    By disbling your plugin this worked fine again. But the goal is tu use your plugin.

    Finally I found that by modifiyng some settings I made it works well for all admin users.

    Media Library Organizer > Settings
    Then User Options and select “Don’t Remember” for Sorting and Sort Order.

    Hope this can help someone else.

    Yes! I finally experienced this issue myself, and adjusting that setting has fixed it for me as well. Thank you so much for reporting and sharing the tip.

    Not reproducing in testing, so won’t be addressing.

    @pyho @madtownlems if you disagree, feel free to provide a proof of concept and screencast, along with a list of clear steps which accurately and consistently reproduce the issue, for us to review a final time.

    @madtownlems do you use some role manager plugin in your WordPress site?

    Because I use User Role Editor Pro and I suspect it to be the cause of this conflict with WP Media Library.

    Nothing off-the-shelf, but we do have custom permission-filtering code.

    I planned to spend some more time this morning trying to isolate what other plugin(s) might be related to the behavior, but this time I couldn’t reproduce the issue again.

    I totally understand why it would be difficult for the Plugin Developer to track down the issue; it has appeared and disappeared incredibly sporadically. If/when it returns for me again, I’ll spend more time trying to make it more consistently reproducable.
