Support » Fixing WordPress » Media Library not working

  • About a week ago I started having issues with the Media Library. If I go to the Media Library page, my images show up fine, although it seems to take longer than normal to show them. But, if I am inside of a page and trying to add an images to the page, the Add Media popup window shows up, but never loads any of my images. This just started today, as yesterday everything was working fine. I have not updated any of my plugins when this started happening. This happens in all browsers (Chrome, FireFox, IE).

I checked the error logs on my server, and the only thing I’m seeing is this:
[Mon Jan 15 18:33:05.084593 2018] [:warn] [pid 2151] [client 98.235.61.194:50658] Timeout waiting for output from CGI script /home/lsselca5/public_html/beta/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php, referer: http://beta.lss-elca.org/wp-admin/post.php?post=12269&action=edit
