Media Library not showing because of Orbit Fox Companion

Hi,

I’m building this website and since yesterday I can’t see my Media Library when accessing from the ‘Media Library’ button in the image block. So the button works but it opens an empty window, so no way to pick the pictures. The ‘upload’ and ‘Insert from URL’ buttons work fine.

As soon as I deactivate the Orbit Fox Companion plugin, the ‘Media Library’ button works but not the theme.

Has anyone experienced this?

I have the same issue over here…

EDIT: I tried with a rollback of the plugin (v.2.7.2, 2.7.1 …) and I always get the same error on console:

Yeah, rollback didn’t work for me either…

Hi there,

Thank you for contacting us and letting us know about this issue. I tried this with the latest versions of Hestia and Orbit Fox and didn’t experience any problem. Can you please share some screenshots?
Also, have you tried deactivating the other plugins to see if there is a compatibility problem there?

Thanks for your reply. I’ve tried deactivating all plugins and as soon as I activate Orbit Fox and only Orbit Fox it stops working.

Guys, I just had that problem.

I fix it by deactivating the option of allow to import images from mystock.photos in orbit fox configuration Settings.

Hope that work for you guys too.
