# Media Library not loading/working

 * Hi,
 * I’m using the Minamaze Pro v1.7.2 but after a month of not using/updating, i 
   update the plugins, wordpress etc. but not the Theme.
 * Anyway, I’m having a major problem, when I open the media Library it keeps loading.
   even if i try to upload an image, it uploads, but doesn’t show.
 * Debugging sends this message every second, hence the 300MB debugging log.

 * This is really annoying as I literally can’t operate like this.
 * I tried deactivating all plugins, no luck.
 * Any solutions? Thanks!

 * Have you tried:
 * – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems.
 * – re-uploading all files & folders – **except** the wp-content folder and wp-
   config.php & root .htaccess files – from a **fresh** download of WordPress. Make
   sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new
   ones.
