Media library issues after updating

    After updating WP and the PHP version to the latest possible ones, I have a couple of issues.
    1) Some pictures are no longer accessible in the media library (all you see is a question mark). I cannot update the Header picture, as even the visible photos won’t work. Neither is it possible to upload a new photo.
    2) I have also troubles to change the color of the menu texts.

    Even though I checked wether the plugins are fine with the new WP version, I am now not so sure where the reason for these issues comes from.
    Can anyone help? Any recommendations are highly appreciated.

    I also cant upload any photos after the WP update. I am brand new to all this and have no idea what to do. Im scared to mess with anything and possibly screw it up even more!

    Did you ever figure anything out?
