I am working on a custom theme that will allow members to upload images and media through a gravity form. The custom post type is locating and using the uploaded audio and image files and they are in the uploads folder but, when I look in the media library, I only see the images.
I have used this same code before. In that non-upgraded site, I can see the mp3 files uploaded through the form in the media library.
I am using wp-content/uploads as the path. This is the default for WordPress. When I upload media to a standard post, it appears in the media library as expected.
I am perplexed by this. I know extensive changes were made to the media library in recent releases but I can’t understand hy the files are in the folder, accessible by the custom post type, but not accessible through the media library itself.
