media library file manager

Hi all!!
So I’ve been looking for a media manager plugin and.. well, there are lots of them!
So what’s your favorite? Wich one you recomend?

On aspect that worrys me isif at the moment to upload and put online my webpage the images will lose the link or with a simple “search & replace” i can easily relink them
