Media Library broken

    The majority of my images (not all) are broken and I am unable to load any new images.

    I’ve tried deactivating all plugins. Didn’t work.
    I’ve tried changing the file permissions for the wp-content > uploads to 777, didn’t work.
    I’ve also tried SCRIPT_DEBUG.

    Chrome’s developer tool gives me the following error messages:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://innovteched.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/roboteers.png

    Any help is MUCH APPRECIATED.
