    Please be patient with me as I am not a programming expert! However, I can usually do enough to get by except for this problem: When editing a page on our website, I used to be able to select an item from my media library. That now does not work. When I click the Add Media button, and then try to access my Media Library, there’s a little gray icon that just spins and spins, and never “loads”. I have to use the Upload Files button and load the document again. Any solution to this?

    Try deactivating all plugins and seeing if it works then. If it does, reactivate each plugin one-by-one and test the media library again after activating each one. This will let us know whether a plugin is causing this problem.
