Media libary doesn't load, can't upload new images

I was editing my custom wordpress theme and suddenly it broke.

Can’t upload images anymore and my media libary keeps on loading.

I’ve tried many things:

New installation,
fix.php,
disable all plugins,
change theme(standard wordpress theme works fine)

It’s driving me crazy
