Media issues

    I had to reset my sight back to default to correct some errors. Now when I pull up my media folder it only shows the pictures I have added since the reset, however in Shoppers Press when I try to add a picture to a product, all of the pictures I have ever uploaded are shown. I must have reached a maximum or something because the last 20 items I have uploaded don’t show in the list. How can I get rid of the pictures from prior to the reset?

    Under the General Setup tab in Shoppers Press. At the top of the page it asks if you want to reset to defaults. It left my images on the home page, but wiped everything else out. It did keep all my media images in the file manager, but they don’t show up in the Library.

    You’re going to have to ask them, since it sounds like their plugin did this.
