 * I am using WordPress 3.4.2 for my website and want to back up with another website.
   The back up website is using WordPress 3.5 and I exported all the products/posts
   in XML. I tried to import it in my Back up website (WordPress 3.5) but the images
   are not imported from the XML file and even I Checked the DOWNLOAD ATTACHMENT
   field.
 * Any suggestions?

 * Try updating 3.4.2 to 3.5 and then export the data. Make sure to have backup 
   of your website while updating wordpress.
