    Hello,

Is there a way we can get the pageviews of the shop page, so we could eventually display it?

I mean, it looks like the page “shop page” doesn’t register any pageviews, while all the other pages are registering them. Is there something I have missed?.. 🙂

    Tx for any hint.

    Hi there @cercleo,

Can you please clarify where do you see pageviews for other pages except for Shop page?

A screenshot would be great 🙂 I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply. It works with Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

    Cheers!

    Hello Elvira K,

Thanks for your reply. snipboard is sweet, tx for the hint.

I will rephrase my initial question. 🙂

I noticed that all pages are populating/incrementing their figures in the column, but not the shop page. On the screen, you can see ‘651 lectures’ (reads in French), but I add it myself via the page. It doesn’t increment by itself like others.

    Is there a reason why?

    Tx again.

Can you please share it again?

    Hi there @cercleo,

Yes, thank you, I see the screenshot now 🙂

It seems like it’s coming from another plugin since it’s not part of WordPress or WooCommerce core. Which plugin are you using to add those?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response in coding brackets.

    Cheers!

    Hi there @cercleo,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
